- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Biology, Biodiversity Management, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Proven experience in facilitating groups, workshops, or communities of practice.
- Expertise in biodiversity and understanding of conservation and environmental policy issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply research methodologies.
- Strong skills in analysis, scientific writing, and knowledge translation.
