• Knowledge of biodiversity conservation and sustainability practices is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Biology, Biodiversity Management, or a related field (minimum requirement).
• Proven experience in facilitating groups, workshops, or communities of practice.
• Expertise in biodiversity and understanding of conservation and environmental policy issues.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply research methodologies.
• Strong skills in analysis, scientific writing, and knowledge translation.
