Role Overview

We’re seeking an AI Integration Specialist to drive innovation and efficiency within our customer office. Your primary focus will be to leverage your AI expertise and engineering acumen to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance our customer experience and streamline operations.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Integrate AI solutions, primarily Amazon Q, into existing systems and workflows, leveraging APIs to build connections with our services teams’ tools.
• Translate business requirements into AI‑driven applications, utilizing prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance.
• Assist in the development and deployment of scripts and applications to embed AI into our processes.
• Collaborate with Proofpoint’s AI / ML team to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives within the customer office.
• Drive AI adoption across customer‑facing teams through targeted support, guidance, and showcasing the value of AI solutions.
• Support the implementation of our data strategy, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and governance for optimal AI performance.
• Monitor AI solution performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep current with the latest AI trends and technologies, particularly Generative AI and customer service.

What You Bring To The Team

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong data structures and algorithms, software design, complexity analysis, and debugging skills.
• Experience building and deploying applications and services in AWS.
• Understanding of Generative AI, including its challenges, impacts, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and conversational AI platforms like Amazon Q or ChatGPT.
• Strong business acumen, able to identify process improvement opportunities and articulate the business value of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with the capacity to multitask effectively in dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with customer‑facing teams, such as professional services or customer success.

Base Pay Ranges

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $96,040.00 – $150,920.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $76,440.00 – $120,120.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above: $68,320.00 – $107,360.00 USD
