Production Scheduler – ABB

Work model – Hybrid : 3 days per week at the office.

Your Role : Own the Challenge

• Creates and maintains a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
• Releases manufacturing work orders.
• Executes daily plant-level MRP to create and manage production requirements to meet delivery schedules.
• Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per master schedule.
• Monitors schedule adherence, identifies root causes for deviations, and takes follow-up improvement action.
• Feeds information on production capacity issues and material availability to Production Planners.

What It Takes to Run What Runs the World

• Verbal and written communication skills in French and English are mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in resource management, capacity planning, order handling, & fulfillment.
• Data analysis & reporting skills using Excel and BI tools.
• Technical skills in material requirements planning and scheduling software.
• Inventory management & control process knowledge.
• SAP, Empower, Salesforce software knowledge.
• Customer service orientation.
