Job Overview
Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world‑class adult entertainment and games. We seek a UI / UX Designer to work on highly visited sites, collaborating on user experience, brand identity, and user interface design for web and mobile. The role offers autonomy and artistic influence on products that reach millions daily.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end‑to‑end design process for digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and priorities.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX / UI design.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
- Work with other designers, product managers, and researchers for usability testing and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Champion usability and perform quality control on designs.
- Ensure consistency with branding and marketing efforts and help establish design guidelines for future product development.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of UX / UI design experience.
- Education in Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or related program, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to design full websites (PC, Tablet & Mobile).
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CSS / HTML5 is an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prior experience in a UX / UI team.
