A career as a Scrum Master in the Software Engineering team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technological projects and bring value. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your leadership, your outstanding organization and your experience in project delivery in an "Agile / Safe" context.
Responsabilités
- Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation while facilitating daily activities
- Prepare and actively participate in Pl Planning (prioritization, breakdown, presentation of commitments)
- Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
- Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues
- Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project work and provide the status of progress, while adapting the communication to the hearing
- Ensure alignment between the Tl and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
- Be a transformative agent to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Prérequis
- Relevant experience in team coaching as a scrum master in large-scale projects and in large companies
- Experience in facilitating workshops as well as coaching the Safe executive is a major asset
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ease with Agile and DevSecOps delivery
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow) processes
- Knowledge of the Safe Framework and SSDLC
