Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and support Market Managers.
- Account manage an evolving portfolio of hotel partners across the US.
- Support strategic initiatives that drive hotel partner success on both platforms.
- Contact hotels for needed business details, supply optimization, and platform education.
- Demonstrate a self-starter, get-it-done attitude to address the volume of opportunities.
- Move flexibly between account management and project work while providing strong customer service.
