Responsibilities

Develop creative direction and mood boards for internal and external design projects.
Design mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support digital initiatives.
Contribute to the planning and execution of campaign strategies across multiple channels.
Produce original graphic designs for a variety of media, ensuring visual impact and consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and channel teams to create ads, newsletters, and campaign assets.
Establish, document, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and adherence to best practices.
Support internal teams with diverse design needs and ad hoc creative requests.

Qualifications

UX Design certification or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience in digital design and content production

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Familiarity with video editing tools and basic motion design principles

Working knowledge of HTML and web design best practices

Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

Bonus skill : Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
