Herzing College is seeking a career services specialist for our campus in Montreal, Quebec.

Position is hybrid and candidate must be able to work in-person at a campus location in Montreal.

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our Career Development team. Reporting to the Director, this role acts as a key broker to building relationships with employers, leading strategic initiatives that enhance our placement efforts, and boost student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle with a consultative, business partner approach
• Maintain the recruitment process excellence by ensuring adherence to KPI’s
• Build the Herzing College brand by organizing and participating in Network events
• Contribute to student training and engagement initiatives
• Identify learning and development needs that are then presented and shared in our Career Development classes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience with strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); strong job-hunting mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, results-driven, and highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with data platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)
