Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Strong SQL knowledge with an ability to understand database schemas/data models and write complex queries to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot and support tools developed internally
• Test and ensure the proper functioning of the software components
• Automate internal processes using Power Automate
• Point of contact for the day-to-day IT production support of the ERP. This position will make configuration changes in order to support a lean and dynamic business environment.
• Train end users

Skills Required :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences - advantage.
• XML and XSLT knowledge – advantage.
• 3 years of experience in ERP system (MS Dynamics F&O – advantage)
• English Native / Fluent speaking and writing.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Available to work on call on evenings and weekends
