What sets you apart

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent in IT
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of information technology
Proven experience as a Scrum Master
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and motivate the team
In-depth knowledge of agile methods and Scrum

What You Will Do

Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
Guide the development team and Product Owner in the effective implementation of Scrum
Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders
Support the team in delivering planned increment objectives
Manage and optimize the flow of delivered value
