Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement projects within order picking operations, including optimization of picking lines, ergonomics, improvement of picking-related layouts, and product locations.
• Ideation and prioritization of projects, implementation of a QMS, documenting project progress and leading training sessions.
• Work in a unionized environment with logistics quality, inventory management quality, inventory management, and compliance with L'Oréal Group health, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer requirements and distribution objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, engineering or related field
• 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory / warehousing
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Manhattan software is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a macro vision
• Solution-oriented
• Organized, structured and autonomous
• Entrepreneurial, curious
