As a Manager, Digital Products, Acquisition at Intact Lab, you will shape the future of our e-commerce experience across all our brands. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other managers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver a frictionless and fully automated shopping experience. Your contributions will drive the evolution of our digital products to meet high standards of excellence and innovation.
What You’ll Do Here
As Manager, Digital Products, Acquisition, you will define and execute the roadmap to fully automate the purchase journey for car and home insurance. Reporting to the Director, Product and Design – Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team in roles spanning design, engineering and product management.
- Understand business needs and opportunities, translating them into impactful strategies.
- Detail the product roadmap with your team to increase sales conversion on fully automated digital sales, identify opportunities to remove friction in the shopping journey and increase satisfaction.
- Elaborate and foster data-driven strategies, in close collaboration with data and analytics teams, to elaborate the sales automation roadmap.
- Build and foster alignment across stakeholders around the strategies, execution, and plans to operationalize the roadmap for all our brands.
- Collaborate with other management members to implement strategies, set goals and performance indicators, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
- Conduct recruitment and mentoring initiatives, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and individual career development planning.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, product management, digital creation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with more than 3 years in product management.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing professionals.
- Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in e-commerce or insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive product decisions.
- Passion for innovation and a relentless drive for excellence.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies.
- French and English bilingual: need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
