Role

As Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the service. You will ensure that activities are carried out efficiently and that internal and external customer requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.

You will work closely with internal teams to optimize processes and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Thanks to your organizational and communication skills, you will contribute directly to the smooth running and continuous improvement of the service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with manufacturers
  • Manage repairs at manufacturers, customs paper, etc.
  • Coordinate and plan department activities to ensure efficient operation
  • Follow up on internal and external requests
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve problems quickly
  • Write reports and update administrative files
  • Participate in the improvement of internal processes

Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Relevant experience in service coordination or administration
  • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
  • Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills
