Overview
CSV Architects is an Ottawa-based architectural practice focused on the sustainable design of institutional, commercial and multi-unit residential projects. The firm is well-established and offers special expertise in sustainability consulting, childcare centres, public use projects, care facilities, corporate offices, non-profit housing, and heritage conservation. Position
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Lead.
The hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (37.5 hrs/week). Salary is commensurate with experience, range $70,000 - $80,000.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Skills: Excellent communication and organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Education: College Diploma, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent.
Assets
- Experience working in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry.
- Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Brand awareness and Business Development.
- Proposal organization, writing, and design.
- Write marketing plans and strategies to elevate CSV brand and awareness.
- Build ties and relationships with existing clients - Find opportunities to partner or collaborate with clients to promote projects.
- Manage media pitching and relations - Build and manage relationships with OBJ, Ottawa Magazine, Ottawa Citizen, Ottawa Construction News, etc.
- Develop key messaging for staff.
- Coordinate community engagement opportunities: Speaking opportunities, Volunteering, Sponsorships, Podcasts.
- Find opportunities for project award submissions.
- Coordinate and organize project photography.
- Maintain marketing library.
Digital (web)
- Manage CSV website - Keep projects, webpages, and content up to date.
- Write consistent blog posts - conduct interviews and coordinate with members of CSV team to ensure accuracy of data, etc.
- Report on website traffic using Google Analytics.
Digital (social)
- Develop and write monthly social media schedules - Find unique ways to engage audience (such as starting an “ask an architect” series on Instagram stories).
- Reporting and tracking of performance of all social media channels.
