Over the next three to five years, members of our Project Management Office (PMO) will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that will transform the way we do business. Through the application of advanced project management skills, you will lead teams to deliver impactful results that are quickly adopted.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role as part of our IT & Business transformation roadmap.
Rôle et responsabilités
- Organiser des revues de projet sur une base régulière.
- Présider les revues de projet, en veillant à ce que des rapports solides avec des indicateurs de performance clés soient en place; communiquer à l'équipe de direction l'état, les jalons et les progrès des différents projets.
- Suivre et appliquer les processus, procédures et politiques du département PMO.
- Participer à l'évolution des processus, procédures et politiques du département PMO.
- Gérer les projets, définir les jalons et les critères de succès, l'allocation des ressources et la livraison à temps conformément à la méthodologie.
- Veiller à ce que les projets dont il a la charge soient correctement planifiés et exécutés afin d'atteindre les objectifs définis.
- Conseiller, superviser et guider l'organisation de projet dans sa mission et la soutenir dans les interactions interfonctionnelles.
- Assurer le développement de plans de récupération lorsque le périmètre, le calendrier ou les coûts d'un projet ne sont pas respectés ou ne correspondent pas aux prévisions.
- Effectuer des analyses des leçons apprises.
- Interagir avec la direction locale, les responsables de département pour résoudre les problèmes en fonction des besoins/exigences du projet.
- Capacité à engager les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et en externe avec les clients.
- Capacité à développer de solides relations à travers l'entreprise grâce à un excellent service client; développer et maintenir des canaux de communication clairs à travers l'organisation et les parties prenantes du projet.
Votre profil
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or a related field.
- Graduate diploma is an asset.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including 10 years in project management.
- Experience in IT and non-IT project management would be a distinctive asset.
- Varied experience in IT project management (application, telecom, infrastructure, prototyping, etc.).
- High-level project manager with expert-level knowledge of project management and change management and its methodology, techniques, processes and approaches.
- (The methodology: Project and Portfolio Management Methodology - PPM)
- Understanding of systems architecture and their interrelationships.
- Skills in budget, cost and profitability management.
- Demonstrated experience in projects that span across project types from simple implementation to major transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in projects that cover Infrastructure, data, application & platform integration.
- Demonstrated experience on multiple project methodologies.
- Knowledge of several project management platforms (Msft, Monday, Sciforma....).
- Demonstrated experience in project full life cycle management from ideation to implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in projects that cover non-IT related scope.
- Credibility as a high-level project manager.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as part of an overall vision.
- Ability to supervise, coach and transfer knowledge to team members.
- Team management ability in matrix mode.
- Ability to build strong network and executive level relationships across customer and supplier groups.
- Ability to adjust and integrate into different business styles and cultures.
- Resilience, autonomy, curiosity and resourcefulness.
- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English.
- Adaptability to Hybrid work (onsite & remote).
- Meticulous in project financial monitoring.
