Who you'll work with
You will join our Montreal office working closely with our teams and directly engaging with partners providers and this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events by collaborating with teams across Marketing Operations and beyond.

About the Role :
As a Project Manager you will help bring Fever Originals experiences to Canada by working across global and local teams. You will support the selection of experiences for the Canadian market, secure venues, oversee construction and production, and manage partner relationships. You'll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, perform strongly and set the stage for growth.
You will :
- Plan and launch events by supporting experience selection for the Canadian market, securing venues and coordinating construction and production needs in tandem with the Production team.
- Lead execution of events end-to-end managing timelines, deliverables and cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze and optimize performance tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
- Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales and ensuring events meet or exceed targets.
- Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies and event organizers expanding Fever's local partner network.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Production, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations and User Support to deliver successful scalable events.
- Represent Fever externally at launches, industry events and with local media and PR.
Preferred Qualifications
You have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from planning through execution and reporting. You combine strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate and drive results across parallel workstreams.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are equally comfortable analyzing data, pitching new opportunities or collaborating with partners to deliver high-quality experiences. You're detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions and think bigger about how we grow and scale events across markets. This role requires both operational rigor and creative problem-solving. Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and events with the ability to balance strategic vision, operational excellence and financial performance.
Professional Experience
- 3-5 years in a project management role.
- Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking.
- Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads and parallel workstreams.
- Skilled at building and leveraging networks to create smart partnerships.
- Familiarity with promotional tools (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
