Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead our social media presence, community events, promotions, and brand image across all properties. This role combines creativity, organization, and communication to enhance our public presence and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
- Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, blogs) that reflect our brand identity.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for engagement and reach.
- Manage online reputation — respond to comments, reviews, and messages.
Events & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute tenant and community events (e.g., open houses, seasonal gatherings, local collaborations).
- Partner with local businesses and organizations for cross-promotions.
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and on-site support for events.
Brand & Communications
- Maintain a consistent visual and messaging style across all materials and platforms.
- Assist with design and copywriting for flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support internal communication initiatives to improve tenant relationships.
Market Research & Promotion Planning
- Research trends in property marketing, design, and tenant engagement.
- Develop promotional plans to support leasing goals or new property launches.
- Track competitors’ marketing efforts and identify improvement opportunities.
