We are seeking a talented French Translator to join our team at Mercer Kitchen Hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of documents and communications from French to English and vice versa. The French Translator will play a crucial role in ensuring clear and accurate communication between our French-speaking clients and English-speaking staff.

Major Responsibilities:

• Translate written documents, including emails, reports, and presentations, from French to English and vice versa
• Interpret verbal communications in meetings, conference calls, and other settings
• Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure translations meet the needs of the organization
• Stay up-to-date on industry terminology and best practices in translation

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and English
• Proven experience as a translator or interpreter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
