Paid Media Specialist - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

Ready to hop into something extraordinary? This role reports directly to the Manager Paid Media and will be the operational backbone of our digital programs. You will be the execution expert, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless campaign creative delivery and brand consistency. This is your chance to directly influence strategy, manage affiliate investments, and use data-driven insights to boost the efficiency of our entire Paid Media program.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the daily Paid Media campaigns, handling the hands-on execution, creative QA testing, and timely deployment across all channels.
- Strategically oversee and manage A/B testing and bid strategies, focusing on improving key ROI metrics like CPA and ROAS.
- Use data insights to develop precise audience segments and ensure flawless deployment of product feeds in Merchant Centers.
- Actively coordinate and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams (Creative, Merchandising) to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving technologies to identify, test, and recommend innovative new approaches.
- Drive a decisive "Test and Learn" culture and prioritize collaboration to foster a "One Team" approach across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing (or related field)
- Minimum of three (3) years in marketing, including at least one (1) year of direct Paid Media experience.
- Hands-on experience with core Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding and experience executing Paid Media best practices, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Prior experience working with Apparel Retailers or Brands is a plus.
