Responsibilities

• Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible for supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure. Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.
• Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.
• Optimize and hand off work to Level 2 offshore team.
• Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.
• Create operational support documentation.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networks, databases, load balancers, IT security).
• Automation and integration experience using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell.
• Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies.
• Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts.
• Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android.
• Experience in networking, load balancers and firewalls.
