The opportunity
Join our Finance team to enable EY client account teams and management to run the business effectively. You’ll help to improve engagement profitability, manage enterprise-wide risk and support market development activities. You will support EY planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis, or help EY people manage day-to-day activities, such as administering engagements, pricing and budgeting, time and expense review, or invoicing. You will also work with other parts of our organization, sharing your financial insights to drive better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Client Serving Executive (CSE) to provide pricing support and develop planned metrics.
- Works with CSEs and cross-functional teams throughout pursuit, client acceptance and engagement processes to ensure records contain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develops client and engagement economic measures.
- Develops and monitors possible economic scenarios for monitoring specific engagements.
- Performs analysis of inventory balances; monitors inventory levels and aging, and reports findings to the CSE and management teams.
- Processes adjustments to revenue based on budget updates and understanding of internal systems.
- Monitors client invoicing and collections, structures best practices, and encourages billing for out-of-scope work.
- Works with the collection specialist and CSEs to ensure proper collection activities.
- Performs special projects and ad hoc requests.

What We Look For
- B.A. (or equivalent) with 3-4 years (or more) of work experience OR a graduate business degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, in particular MS Excel.
- Professional English; bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
