Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop solid and scalable web solutions.
- Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces for websites.
- Participate in the evolution and customization of websites and applications developed for Tink's clients.
- Collaborate with UI / UX teams to translate mock-ups and wireframes into functional code.
- Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate user interfaces with backend functionalities.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications for an optimal user experience on all devices and browsers.
- Integrate APIs and web services to retrieve and display dynamic data.
- Perform unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
- Apply industry best practices.
- Estimate work with the development team.
- Make recommendations on optimizing work methods (methodologies and tools) and on the best frontend technologies.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
- A minimum of 6–10 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the most widely used CMS (Drupal, Craft CMS, WordPress, Magento);
- Experience with at least one framework such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend;
- Strong knowledge of PHP and LAMP architecture (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP-FPM);
- Familiarity with REST practices (JSON, XML) and microservices architectures;
- Knowledge of reactive development frameworks (React, NextJS, Angular, Vue.js, etc.);
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Phing);
- Strong communication skills, ability to manage priorities, and adaptability;
- A willingness to communicate and collaborate (SCRUM meetings, estimations, etc.);
- Awareness of unit testing and security standards (OWASP);
- A college diploma in computer science, a university degree in computer science, or relevant experience;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and functional knowledge of English would be an asset.
