What We're Looking For

• We need a Swiss Army knife designer ️—someone who doesn't just observe or plan, but makes
• You sketch in the morning and ship by night
• You care about emotion, delight, and building things people actually love
• You're scrappy, fast, and thoughtful

What You'll Do

• Be a true thought partner to our CPO / CTO—shape the product from zero to one (and from one to "whoa")
• Turn loose ideas into gorgeous, functional Figma flows, prototypes, and visuals
• Own the end-to-end design process—wireframes → hi-fi → polish → production
• Dive into anything from landing pages to growth campaigns, copywriting, and more
• Help define the emotional tone of TWOS—it's not just a tool, it's a feeling

This Is Not

• A pure research or "strategy only" role
• A place to wait for tasks—we build together, fast
• A product with design slapped on top—you're co-inventing it

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You've designed mobile-first consumer products (social or gaming = bonus)
• You're a Figma wizard who prioritizes feeling over just pixel-perfection
• You thrive in the messy, ambiguous early days
• You've worked at early-stage startups or scrappy teams
• You want to be the go-to creative person in the room

Bonus Points If You...

• Can write sharp UX or marketing copy
• Know motion, video, or illustration tools
• Have built products that made people feel something

Compensation

$80-100k + equity
