The E-Learning Designer will be responsible for designing innovative educational platforms for online training for the company's employees worldwide.

• Analyze employee needs to determine learning objectives;
• Work closely with various content experts;
• Write narrative scripts and conceptualize storyboards;
• Design platform designs and develop engaging learning solutions;
• Work primarily with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe After Effects.

Qualifications / Profile

• 7+ years of experience as an E-Learning / Instructional Designer;
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe After Effects;
• Good understanding of responsive design (desktop, tablet, and mobile);
• Knowledge of SCORM / Tincan standards (strong asset);
• Autonomy, initiative, and strong team spirit;
• E-learning training or equivalent;
• Bilingualism (French and English).
