Role Summary

This position is expected to act as a primary interface between all clients and business partners for Telco order processing and tracking. The primary responsibility is to coordinate all internal and external project implementation activities from the order initiation to the service activation.

Main Responsibilities

  • You are the point of contact for all Telco orders which could be porting telephone numbers and adding different types of internet.
  • You will work with different Telco suppliers for all orders (Bell, Telus, Videotron, ThinkTel, Cogeco, etc).
  • You will need to follow up on all orders to meet activation deadlines.
  • Understand the different types of lines and internet services that can be offered to our customers (IFL, PRI, SIP, internet) to be able to suggest the proper lines for the customer's needs (present and future).
  • Analyze customer invoices from different Telco suppliers, equipment records and can discuss the needs with the customers.
  • Always validate the customer's information before issuing Telco orders in order to have the correct information (address, telephone numbers, dates).
  • Maintain customer's circuit information up to date as orders are processed.
  • Ensure all operating procedures are thoroughly followed and logged accordingly in our different softwares.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Experience in the provisioning of telephone lines / internet and cellular industry.
  • DEC, ACS (accreditation customer service).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service, knowledge of Microsoft software, phone systems, cabling, and Telco provisioning process.
  • Openness to share knowledge and best practices with the team.
