Who we are
Prospects by Cotality offers two essential productivity and marketing tools for real estate agents: a real estate CRM and mobile real estate search. Our CRM supports growth by managing hundreds of millions of client relationships; our mobile search tool provides access to millions of listings. We have a growing user base in North America.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers by phone and email
- Resolve level 1 technical problems related to the software
- Offer outstanding customer service and provide information on products and services
- Share information on promotions and billing; provide guidance on optimal product use
- Assist with product testing to help troubleshoot issues; support the development team with new features and bug fixes
- Ensure mobile synchronization configurations are set up for clients
Exigences / Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, and applications
- Knowledge of Windows PC environments and email systems; comfortable with common business software
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
- Strong learning ability and adaptability; able to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress
Assets / Atouts
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
Must-Haves / Compétences requises
- Computer support training or 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, and applications
- Knowledge of computer systems (Windows and Mac) and mobile systems (iOS and Android)
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to learn quickly and stay organized
- Ability to handle stress in a dynamic environment and maintain professionalism
