Position
We're looking for a bilingual Social Media & Content Coordinator who can blend creativity with organization. This role is part copywriter, part social media manager, and part project coordinator. You'll be the person who helps us bring fresh content ideas to life, ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and keeps our clients' online presence sharp and engaging.
What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Copywriting
- Work directly with our Content Director and production team to brainstorm unique content angles, video concepts, and campaign ideas for our clients.
- Work with our creative team to write scripts, ad copy, and social posts that are clear, creative, and engaging.
- Balance professional thought leadership with authentic, human storytelling that highlights each client's personality.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage client profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Schedule posts, track performance, and suggest optimizations.
- Ensure each client has a consistent and strong online presence.
Project Coordination & Admin
- Organize client deliverables, content calendars, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, ad strategists, and other creatives to keep projects on track.
- Support the creative team with planning, follow-ups, and client communications.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and French (spoken & written) — most of our clients are French-speaking.
- Strong writing skills (ads, social posts, video scripts).
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Comfortable managing social media accounts and working with creative teams.
- A mix of creative energy and administrative discipline.
- Bonus: Understanding of or interest in financial services.
- Remote work that will eventually turn into a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
Compensation
45,000-$55,000 plus year-end bonus.
