- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing promotional materials and graphics.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI through effective targeting and analysis.
- Conduct thorough analysis of marketing performance using Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
- Lead social media management efforts, crafting posts that resonate with our audience while fostering engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings or client pitches.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
- Foster strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a Marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
