BettingJobs are working with a growing online casino and sportsbook platform headquartered in Montreal, offering cutting-edge gaming experiences across Canada. They are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will focus on CRM, personalized communications, and loyalty initiatives to ensure players remain active and invested in the experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns using email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Design and manage player retention programs, including loyalty tiers, gamification features, and targeted promotions.
- Segment players by behaviour, value, and lifecycle stage for highly personalized campaigns.
- Track and analyse retention KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to integrate marketing touchpoints into the player experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team at the land-based Casino for cross-marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for customer communications and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing within the gaming / iGaming industry.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and loyalty program best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
