Overview

A career as a Senior Compliance Advisor Payment Networks and PCI in the Senior Management team – Credit Cards at National Bank means acting as a specialist who will have a real impact on the organisation's personal and commercial payment activities. You will work with the team to ensure that the sector complies with regulations and best business practices, applying stakeholder management, compliance and audit experience, and knowledge of PCI standards and payment networks to improve the security of payment information and the Bank's compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the scope of compliance is documented and confirmed annually with the collaboration of stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular audits and assessments to assess the organisation's compliance posture.
  • Track the collection of proof of compliance from the teams concerned and validate them before they are submitted to auditors on time.
  • Read, analyse, understand and monitor the regulatory requirements of the various payment networks and PCI, identify the impacts on payment solutions, and assign the necessary activities to the teams concerned.
  • Help communicate and raise awareness among the various teams and stakeholders of the standards to be followed.
  • Monitor the implementation of technological solutions to ensure compliance.

Your team

You will be part of a team of professionals in the current Banking team. Our mission is to maintain and develop transaction and payment solutions and experiences for individuals and businesses, define the related strategy, and ensure that payment and card solutions comply with network requirements and PCI standards. You will report to the Senior Manager – Credit Card.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
  • Compliance or audit experience.
  • Knowledge of or keen interest in applying standards.
  • Experience in payment networks and PCI, an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security, an asset.
  • Diligence, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence, communicate, collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively.
