Are you passionate about sushi and ready to showcase your craft at the highest level? Playground is seeking a Sushi Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, fine dining environment and is eager to bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our kitchen. As Sushi Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success. From crafting exquisite sushi dishes to mentoring team members, you will ensure each plate meets Playground’s high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. You’ll also contribute creatively to menu development, uphold the highest standards of food safety and organization, and help deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
