MARKETING ASSISTANT

Based in the Greater Montreal Area — 100% On-Site

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will support initiatives across three distinct brands in the aviation and sustainability sectors: ZenithJet, ZenithNet-Zero, and EA-Americas. Your work will span digital channels like Mailchimp, LinkedIn, SEO, and website content management, as well as broader marketing tasks such as refining sales proposals, maintaining mailing lists, writing blog posts and thought-leadership pieces, and creating professional marketing collateral. You’ll play a key role in ensuring brand consistency and driving marketing efforts that support growth across all three brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement email campaigns in Mailchimp aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
• Manage and monitor LinkedIn campaigns, reporting on performance
• Support SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and website visibility
• Maintain and update website content using Elementor and WordPress
• Create visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital collateral, and sales proposals
• Assist with campaign performance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution of marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Elementor
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices
• Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different brands and industries
