Senior Developer

Job Profile: We are seeking a Senior Developer with 15+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using advanced DevOps practices and Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement automation, ensure system reliability and scalability, and drive continuous improvements across software development processes. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable automation and integration solutions.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to support smooth integration, deployment, and operation of software systems.
• Monitor existing automations (currently over 50+ workflows developed with a junior Power Automate developer) and take ownership of enhancing and scaling these solutions as the Senior resource.
• Develop strategies for proactive maintenance, system optimization, and continuous improvement of automation processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally with exposure to C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Flows.
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and modern DevOps practices; familiarity with infrastructure automation tools is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex systems to drive efficiency improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
