Responsibilities
- Lead management – process inbound leads ensuring accuracy;
- Coordinate project timelines, resources and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects;
- Review marketing assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines;
- Keep all company listings up to date across digital platforms, directories, and partner portals;
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and marketing assets;
- Coordinate other special projects and tasks as required;
- Liaise with external consultants and agencies as needed;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related fields;
- Proven experience in channel marketing, preferably in the technology or B2B sector;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Experience with Marketo (or other automation tools) and Salesforce (or other CRMs) is considered an asset.
