À titre de Coordonnateur(trice) marketing pour le marché des concessionnaires automobiles, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement des affaires et l’exécution de campagnes marketing stratégiques soutenant notre réseau de concessionnaires et le programme Alliance. Ce rôle combine des responsabilités internes et externes : vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes de Groupe Touchette ainsi que directement avec les sièges sociaux des constructeurs automobiles (OEM) afin d’assurer l’alignement, la cohérence et l’impact des initiatives marketing leur étant destinées.

As a Marketing Coordinator for the car dealer market, you will play a key role in driving dealer business development initiatives and executing strategic marketing campaigns that support our dealer network and the Alliance program. This role is both internal and customer-facing: you will work closely with Groupe Touchette’s internal teams as well as directly with OEM headquarters to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact across dealer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, merchandising, graphic design, etc.) to design and execute B2B / B2C marketing programs tailored to car dealers.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns, incentives, and promotions that increase dealer engagement, strengthen program loyalty, and drive tire sales within the dealer channel.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Monitor and report on the performance of dealer-focused marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Enhance our digital platforms with dealer-specific and OEM-aligned content that increases engagement and reinforces the value of the Alliance Program.
  • Dealer Events & Sponsorships
  • Plan and execute dealer events, training sessions, and sponsorship opportunities that build engagement, knowledge, and long-term partnerships with car dealers.
  • Support the promotion and visibility of the Alliance Program at dealer and OEM events, ensuring alignment with manufacturer programs.
  • Strategic Planning & Administrative Support
  • Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans that align with overall business goals for the car dealer network and the Alliance Program.
  • Act as a key point of contact with OEM headquarters, collaborating on initiatives and aligning strategies with expectations.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and dealer partners.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 4-7 years of proven experience in marketing roles.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting engaging messages.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Experience with email marketing platforms (experience with Listrak is a plus).
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus).
  • Web & Digital Skills: Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Power BI.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in planning and managing events.
  • Design & Graphics: Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • B2B Marketing: Previous experience in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Digital Advertising: Hands-on experience with Google Ads is a plus.
