Social Media Manager

Overview

You will have the opportunity to work on the digital activities of national and international brands in the lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and CPG categories. Your role will be to strategize, plan content, and manage all digital marketing and social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok for our clients and oversee/analyze/optimize the content performance. You will also lead client management on these accounts in collaboration with our Paid Media & Performance team as well as Content Production team.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and communication.
• Manage all social media channels for the brand.
• Develop Content & Digital marketing strategies.
• Support in the creation of engaging content by creating or sourcing visuals and writing compelling copy, tailored to each digital channel.
• Oversee all Instagram Story creation and publications (supported by community team).
• Email & SMS Marketing via Klaviyo and Mailchimp and other platforms.
• Collaborate on Paid Social operations.
• Brainstorm and develop creative brand initiatives.
• Data Reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years agency or brand experience in a Social Media or Digital marketing role.
• You have great knowledge of digital media trends and are familiar with all platforms.
• Excellent English and French written and oral skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Have a thorough knowledge of each social media platform.
• Have a thorough knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Visual Design and infographic skills.
• Be a great presenter.
• Have a marketing and business mindset.
• Be results-oriented, resourceful, responsible, and autonomous.
