Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Business Development Manager at ServiceBridge Solutions in Montreal, Canada. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will report directly to Sally Al Malouli and work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of outsourcing, BPO, or related service industries a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
