ROSA Academy recherche un nouveau membre pour soutenir la formation de la force de vente pour la plateforme ZBEdge en pleine croissance et la plateforme ROSA.

Le gestionnaire associé de la formation technologique organisera, fournira et assurera le suivi de la formation de la force de vente et de l'équipe de support clinique sur l'appareil chirurgical ROSA à l'échelle mondiale, tout en prenant part au lancement du nouveau Centre de Formation ROSA Academy à Montréal.

Responsable de maximiser les ventes et les bénéfices de l'entreprise grâce à la mise en œuvre, la gestion, le suivi et la mise à jour réussis d'un programme de formation et de développement efficace, conçu pour améliorer continuellement les compétences, la compétence et le niveau de confiance de notre force de vente.

Poste hybride : partiellement en télétravail.

What You Can Expect

The Technology Training Associate Manager will support sales force education for Zimmer Biomet digital technologies, robotics, and implant solutions.

In this role, you will organize, provide, and follow-up on the training of the sales force and clinical support team globally. You will be responsible for maximizing company sales and earnings through the successful implementation, management, monitoring, and update of an effective training and development curriculum, designed to continuously improve the skills, competence and confidence level of our global sales force.

This is a hybrid position; partially remote.

How You'll Create Impact

• Act as the educational support expert for assigned products
• Develop a multi-layered training program for the sales force and clinical support team (onboarding program, training program, advanced program), including evaluations & certification process.
• Organize and deliver training events for the sales force and clinical support team.
• Design new eLearning training material in collaboration with the product team (R&D, Marketing, Comm.)
• Collaborate with Medical Education to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Work with global partners to ensure synergy in messaging and training.
• Demonstrate the usefulness and efficacy of the training programs through monthly reports.
• Provide feedback to the R&D team when required.
• Attend product trade shows and training as needed.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Excellent, demonstrated training and teaching abilities and communication skills.
• Excellent, demonstrated abilities with complex products, preferably with medical devices.
• Good knowledge of the sales process and ability to communicate with sales reps and surgeons.
• Good analytical skills
• Strong business presentation skills
• Perfect English language mastery. Other pertinent language is an asset.
• Ability to work without specific direction on daily activities
• Proficient computer skills.

Your Background

• B.A. / B.S. and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR
• B.A. / B.S., M.S., and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR
• A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience at a medical device company, preferred
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of orthopaedics (Knees and Hips)
• Extensive Operating Room experience and interactions with surgeons and sales reps
• Teaching experience with adult students preferred
• Prior experience with Robotics preferred

Travel Expectations

• Up to 50%
• A valid passport is required
