Growth Marketing Lead / Responsable du marketing de croissance — FlightHub

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who lives and breathes SEM, thrives on experimentation, and has a hacker’s mindset when it comes to scaling performance. This role goes beyond campaign management — it’s about combining deep SEM expertise with a growth-obsessed approach to uncover new opportunities. Whether it’s testing a smarter bidding strategy, hacking landing pages, running cross-channel experiments, or building sharper tracking systems, you’ll constantly be searching for the next breakthrough in performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own SEM strategy and execution (Google Ads, Bing and beyond), managing large budgets with a ruthless focus on ROI.
  • Run constant growth experiments across paid search and remarketing to uncover new acquisition opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to test funnels, landing pages, and creative at scale.
  • Build and optimize automation and tracking systems (think scripts, GCLID data, custom attribution).
  • Stay ahead of performance trends, competitor tactics, and growth “hacks” that others miss.
  • Drive measurable growth by improving conversion rates, ROAS, and customer LTV.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in performance marketing / SEM, ideally in e-commerce, travel, or other high-volume B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns profitably.
  • A true growth mindset — always testing, breaking things, and finding unconventional ways to win.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort diving into data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
  • Bonus points for hands-on experience with automation, scripts, APIs, or technical hacks that give you an edge.
  • Entrepreneurial drive — you think in terms of impact, speed, and ROI.
