Who You Are
You are dynamic, curious, and eager to be at the forefront of digital marketing. We’re seeking a creative, forward-thinking Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll enhance client website visibility and performance through SEO best practices, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and product optimization across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and other major retailers. You’ll explain strategies clearly to clients, work hands-on in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
We’re looking for someone organized, with a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, multicultural setting. Agency experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients on statuses, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and various ad-hoc requests
- Implement 360° SEO strategies, best practices, and guidelines for initiatives spanning E-commerce SEO (upcoming product launches, product line updates, merchandising and category) as well as Content specific SEO (blog and article creation, educational and tutorial-based content), for direct-to-consumer sites and marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, Walmart)
- Monthly analytics and reporting, and performance progress measurement and presentation to clients
- Technical SEO analysis (site performance, indexability, international SEO, accessibility, etc.)
- Competitor analysis and tracking
- Develop & execute content plan that aligns with key consumer moments, business goals and objectives, as well as seasonality and search trends
Experience and Abilities
- Previous agency experience (appreciated)
- Experience with SEO and managing clients
- Familiarity with various analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms
- Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, MOZ, aHrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge (or comparable SEO SaaS enterprise tool), SiteBulb, SEMrush)
- Strong understanding of on-page principles and competitive analysis process
- Ability to help clients and guide them through their digital journey
