Overview

Cintas Canada offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We seek a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production / Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars / Divisional Summits.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must meet Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred

  • Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
  • A business or related academic major.
  • A leadership / management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
