What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end digital content and community growth across multiple channels:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
    • Align content themes with brand campaigns, product launches, and course schedules.
  • Copywriting & Engagement
    • Write compelling, luxury-oriented copy for posts, captions, ads, and stories.
    • Support email marketing by drafting copy for newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows.
    • Engage with our community, respond to comments / DMs, and grow our audience authentically.
  • Channel Management
    • Manage all day-to-day posting, scheduling, and reporting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and future platforms.
    • Track analytics, measure performance, and provide insights to refine strategy.
    • Ensure brand consistency across every channel.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work with our design team to brief in visuals, reels, and campaign assets.
    • Stay ahead of social trends and propose new content ideas, challenges, or collaborations.
  • Organization & Ownership
    • Keep all content pipelines organized and deliver on schedule.
    • Take full ownership of digital growth — treating our channels as if they were your own.
  • Editing Videos

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands (luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or education experience is a strong plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you’re the type who thrives on structure, calendars, and checklists.
  • Strong copywriting ability — can adapt tone between polished luxury storytelling and engaging, trend-driven social content.
  • Platform expertise: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (bonus if you’ve worked with LinkedIn or Pinterest).
  • Analytical mindset: Able to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Creative flair: Skilled at spotting trends, developing engaging ideas, and collaborating with designers.
  • Self-starter: Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and wearing multiple hats.
