The Brand Development Manager plays a key supporting role in shaping and executing ALDO’s global brand strategy, contributing to the development of seasonal brand programs and integrated storytelling plans across markets and channels.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Development, this role works closely with cross-functional teams to align on brand positioning, seasonal direction, and go-to-market milestones. With a strong understanding of the brand and consumer landscape, the Manager helps ensure the delivery of high-impact, insight-driven brand initiatives that strengthen ALDO’s connection with its global audience.
The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and highly organized, with a passion for brand building and an ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of ALDO’s global brand strategy across seasonal and annual cycles.
- Collaborate on the planning of key go-to-market milestones by aligning on brand, product, and consumer strategies.
- Assist in building compelling seasonal storytelling frameworks, drawing from consumer insights, product priorities, and cultural trends.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable briefs for creative, content, and merchandising teams, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner with internal teams to support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, from concept through market rollout.
- Contribute to the execution of brand collaborations and special projects - supporting with research, partner coordination, creative alignment, and activation planning.
- Support the evolution and consistency of ALDO’s brand positioning across all communications and channels.
- Monitor industry, cultural, and competitive trends to bring forward fresh ideas and support long-term brand relevance.
- Track and report on brand performance KPIs, supporting post-campaign analysis and future planning.
- Help drive process alignment across teams - ensuring effective communication, timelines, and delivery of brand programs.
- Foster strong relationships across departments, including product, merchandising, creative, content, retail, and digital, to ensure cohesive brand expression and execution.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Marketing, or a related field
- Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or strategy roles, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries
- Experience working on the development and implementation of brand and product marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas across stakeholders
- Insight-driven, with an understanding of the role consumer, market, and cultural intelligence plays in shaping effective brand programs
- Familiarity with omnichannel brand environments (retail, wholesale, digital), and 360° campaign planning
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
