UX Designer, Research and Marketing

Temporary position for 20 months.

As a UX designer, you are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on various virtual platforms. Your role includes defining user journeys and the experience members and clients should have within the digital ecosystem, based on organizational goals, user needs, and technological capabilities. You will advise and assist clients and partners in delivering key member- and client-focused solutions. Using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the business line, you will solve complex problems, prepare recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives. You will interact with stakeholders across different fields to understand their needs and communicate the different aspects of the user experience. Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve member and client experience, defining business objectives, and validating user needs.
  • Defining user journeys and desired experiences based on research and analysis.
  • Designing mock-ups, user personas, functional specifications, and information architecture for various projects.
  • Creating experiments and testing solutions to understand digital client behaviors and enhance platform performance.
  • Monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements in digital and user-focused design practices.
  • Collaborating with UI, product management, and IT teams to ensure smooth co-creation processes and alignment with business goals.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
