Description de Poste
Working under the supervision of the FPGA group manager, your responsibilities as an FPGA designer will include defining, implementing, testing, and supporting high-speed digital circuits for FPGA embedded in various telecommunication applications used across EXFO’s test and measurement equipment product line.
What You’ll Do
You will work in a hybrid mode within an Agile development environment. Your tasks will involve studying industry standards related to communication protocols and exploring FPGA technologies to guide design solutions. You will define circuit architecture, design low-level FPGA components (inputs / outputs, interfaces), code IP blocks for high-speed digital circuits, compile designs with EDA tools, and optimize circuits for performance. Additionally, you will verify FPGA designs through simulation and on hardware, working closely with hardware, software, and verification teams to integrate FPGA functions into the final product. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
