As the Web Analyst Specialist, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence. You will analyze and interpret web data to support informed business decisions, using your expertise in Google Analytics 4 to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights, and communicate these findings effectively to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be vital in supporting growth and enhancing our website's performance. You will also assist the web team with small-scale digital projects and content modifications using Drupal (CMS).

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI Analytics, and others;
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to website performance, user behavior, CRM data, and other critical metrics;
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in web data.

Optimization & Insights :

  • Collaborate with marketing, agency, and CRM teams to optimize website performance and user experience;
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall effectiveness;
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and inform strategies.

Communication & Collaboration :

  • Present findings clearly and compellingly to stakeholders, including leadership;
  • Translate complex data into understandable insights;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies;
  • Support small-scale web projects.

Technical Implementation :

  • Ensure accurate tracking of website activities through proper GA4 implementation and maintenance;
  • Collaborate with development teams and agencies to troubleshoot tracking issues;
  • Stay current with GA4 and other web analytics tools;
  • Support content modifications using Drupal CMS.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; 5+ years of experience considered;
  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, specifically with Google Analytics;
  • GA4 Certification is required;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Competencies :

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques;
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing insights;
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.;
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, with GA4 certification being a plus;
  • Knowledge of CMS tools, especially Drupal, is a plus;
  • Excellent presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
