This role intersects SEO data, content strategy, and business impact, influencing our next steps based on insights.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a scalable search intelligence framework—defining how we collect, connect, and activate data across SEO tools, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Translate search signals into actionable insights that inform page performance, keyword opportunities, and content strategy at scale.
- Drive strategic alignment across SEO, analytics, and product marketing by packaging insights into clear narratives influencing prioritization.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to evolve our SEO data pipeline architecture and enhance self-serve analytics for SEO stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a proactive monitoring system to identify emerging content trends, visibility drops, and shifts in AI search.
- Promote a “decision-ready” data culture by standardizing KPIs, taxonomy, and measurement best practices in SEO.
- Collaborate with the Content Studio to identify insights that should inform content updates, consolidation, or new creation.
- Present SEO insights in business reviews and planning discussions across marketing and digital teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in SEO, digital analytics, or performance marketing, focusing on search data and decision-making at scale.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), SEO platforms (GSC, SEMrush), and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with modern data environments like Snowflake and BigQuery; experience with APIs or custom ETL pipelines is a plus.
- Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights influencing business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of SEO strategy, KPIs, and their connection to the marketing and content funnel.
- Highly organized and autonomous, with strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for innovation in search, especially AI, structured data, and the evolving search landscape.
- Ability to transition seamlessly from high-level strategy to daily implementation.
