Job Summary
The Global Marketing Manager will lead seasonal integrated marketing initiatives for MACKAGE and SOIA & KYO, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives. Combining strategy with creative execution, this role includes overseeing campaigns and providing on-set art direction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in fashion or luxury, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute integrated global marketing plans and briefs aligned with consumer insights, business objectives, and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative, PR / Social, E-commerce, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams to align programming, strategy, and execution plans.
- Maintain seasonal marketing calendars with product stories, brand moments, and promotional periods under the guidance of the VP of Global Marketing.
- Create tailored 360° marketing programs with Trade and Regional Marketing teams.
- Develop creative briefs, define content needs, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and aesthetics.
- Provide on-set art direction for seasonal campaign and e-commerce shoots to ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and elevated execution.
- Work with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to achieve key visual outcomes.
- Coordinate sample gathering and ensure timely delivery of creative assets for wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing.
- Plan go-to-market strategies and align all marketing touchpoints (email, social, homepage, retail).
- Support contests, collaborations, and partnerships from ideation to execution.
- Track and report KPIs weekly and monthly.
- Manage marketing budgets and track spend against targets.
- Ensure brand consistency across markets and activities.
- Prepare internal and external presentation materials for stakeholder meetings, sales summits, and market previews.
What you’ll bring
Education : About APP Group
Experience :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, with exposure to global markets.
- Demonstrated experience in on-set art direction and campaign photography production.
Technical skills & competencies :
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing performance tracking and basic budget management.
- Knowledge of digital, retail, and social media marketing best practices.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
