Job Description

  • 8 to 10+ Years of total experience with 8+ Years of relevant experience as BizTalk developer & Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server.
  • BizTalk Server 2020 would be preferred.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in .Net Framework 4.0 / 3.5, SQL, XML, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 / 2019.
  • Experience with XML Schemas, BizTalk Maps, orchestrations and BRE.
  • Experience in designing and implementing BizTalk solutions based on messaging and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience with SOAP, HTTP, File, FTP, SFTP, POP3, SMTP, WCF Adapters.
  • Experience in BizTalk deployment on clustered environment.
  • Knowledge of different Enterprise application integration patterns.
  • Hands-on SQL server experience – creating stored procedures, tables, joins, triggers, cursors.
  • Experience creating WCF services.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong desire to understand functional aspects of applications.
  • High energy, results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Configuration Management, Build, and Deployment.
  • Ability to work directly with business clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in applications related to accounting & financial reporting; credit risk knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Control-M or other scheduling applications.
  • Capital Markets Domain knowledge is essential.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, and integration across Incident, Problem & Change Management.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design BizTalk integration solutions.
  • Development: Create schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and custom adapters.
  • Testing: Ensure comprehensive testing of code changes.
  • Integration Implementation: Use protocols like XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP, REST for system communication.
  • Configuration and Deployment: Set up and deploy BizTalk solutions across environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Resolve issues related to message routing, transformation, and processing.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance application scalability and reliability.
  • Installation and Configuration: Set up BizTalk Server environments.
  • Environment Monitoring: Oversee system health and performance.
  • Security Management: Enforce security measures within BizTalk.
  • Patch Management and Upgrades: Maintain system updates with minimal disruption.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis for various incident priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with infrastructure teams and third parties.
  • Process Adherence: Follow policies for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Capital market expertise required (Bonds, Securities, Loans, Repos, Equities, Forex, etc.).
