We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team on a part-time, hybrid basis (25 hours per week). This role is ideal for individuals passionnés par le design, la création de contenu, le storytelling et le marketing sur les réseaux sociaux.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management :

  • Plan, manage, and optimize engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok aligned with our brand’s voice and visual aesthetics.
  • Conceptualize and produce original content (photo, video, graphics, and copywriting) internally, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
  • Create monthly editorial calendars for our platforms.
  • Execute video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and leveraging third-party editing tools to enhance content quality.

Community Engagement & Relationship Building :

  • Actively engage with our online community, responding promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Foster vibrant online interactions, encouraging user-generated content to boost community involvement and brand affinity.

Analytics & Strategic Growth :

  • Regularly analyze social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimize engagement.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and audience growth.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation :

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and proactively incorporate innovative ideas and current cultural moments into our social strategy.
  • Experiment with new content formats and emerging platforms to maintain the brand’s creative edge.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

  • Coordinate closely with the E-commerce Campaign Manager, design team and copywriter to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Support occasional strategic outreach efforts and partnership building with influencers, designers, and content creators.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms, content creation techniques, and visual trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and eager to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent content creation tools.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce (preferably Shopify), social media management, or influencer marketing.
  • Comfortable being on-camera for social media content creation.
